So I logged with my Hunter on for a few minutes to check out the changes in the tower. Saw an Icon over Cade's head so I went to see what he had for me. Picked up 2 quest items: my Bladedancer quest, and what appears to be a general progression quest. The Bladedancer quest gave me some targets like any other bounty. But the progression quest just says "reach level 30"... yet I'm already 34. Has anyone else run in to this? Doesn't seem to be any other requirements for completion, but it just won't unlock.

Go to orbit and come back. It will complete.
