That Suros rocket launcher does kinetic damage. It didn't have elemental damage.

These seem really focused towards PvP.

Bloodied: chance to reful magazine when bloodied,
partial refund: chance to refill magazine upon assist,
close proximity: increase to accuracy and reload when 2 or more enemies are close

and then the final one on the HMG that has a chance to trigger health regen when getting a kill whilst bloodied.

Well spoilers maybe maybe not. Its a look at some guns they had at E3. Im sure the specs have changed a little, but man are they pretty. I really love the black fusion rifle. Plus it had all the stability and impact. Range and Charge Rate were horrendous though.
