I was right in the middle of the Wolfpack on the Moon, it was the last bounty I needed, so I finished that and then joined up. I figured, no one else on my Friends List was online, so why not?

Sure enough, I joined right in the middle of Times Vengeance, dead of course, and so I watched their latest attempt thinking they would wipe soon and I could help.

Nope.

They didn't give up when I joined (which I actually admired), and one more Times Vengeance later, Atheon crumbled and I got...!!... Another ship, energy and the Hunter helm. :-/
I couldn't be too broken up though, I did literally NOTHING other than hit a button to join their Fireteam. I couldn't even join their Party chat because it was Friends Only.

But wait...I forgot....before joining up, I filled up my Primary slots, not knowing what I would want to play with, so...maybe....I had a glimmer of hope, but quickly doused it. I know better, I know Destiny. ;)

After a minute of watching them jump around the Vault we went to Orbit, and then the Tower.

Upon landing, I saw a little green icon at the Postmaster (not surprising though, I think my Special slots were full too). So I sauntered over and held X, and lo and behold .... VEX MYTHOCLAST!!

Of all the days and of all the ways, it was the epitome of "random", and just oh so very "Destiny"! XD
