These days my desktop is graced by an ever rotating selection of Destiny art. Earlier today this one came up:

First impression is that the Cabal are huge and have a really huge fighting vehicle behind them, but that impression is wrong. Those tires in the background are normal sized and each Cabal soldier is about six inches tall.

How's that for some perspective. :p
