Nope. I've played more on the Xbox, but activity-wise, there's little difference.

Couple of Ideas:

Load the HoW Skolas mission. Have one person take the grav lift and go all the way to the end. Another person goes to the Ishtar Cliffs and waits for a pack of wolves.

Load up the Taniks strike, do the same. one person goes into the ship, one stays on moon doing packs of wolves.

Vault of Glass. Do skolas mission. have someone sparrow glitch into the vault, go all the way down to the templar's well, while rest of fire team takes on Skolas (this may not work b/c there isn't a kill bounty associated with it, and you wouldn't be dealing damage to skolas).

VOG. Go to templars well, while others kill packs of wolves in endless steps, ishtar clifs, etc.

5 vaults and 2 crotas. Lots of PvP. No prison. So the time gate idea seems possible. Also, how about lamp explosions in the abyss? Probably not far enough. Sniping across the bridge is far, not 1800 though. Hmm...

Cheapley has 3 vaults and 2 crotas. Low totals for both of you, I bet it's somewhere in there. How about oracles calculating strangely? With SGA triggering against them, there's definitely something strange happening.

No prison...have you done many of the wolf bounties T1g3r? With other fireteam members in different areas cleaning up other bounties simultaneously?

I've done very few prison runs, though I have done (but not completed) Skolas and I've completed the 32 and 34. I'm just shy of rank 3 with the Queen still so I haven't done very many wolf bounties.

I've killed plenty of oracles in the VOG so I doubt that's it. I don't think I've killed anything as I went through the time gates or got teleported by Aetheon but I can't be sure.

As for Crota, I've killed things by sniping across the bridge encounter and I've also gotten left behind during the abyss while people were killing things far away from me so I doubt that's it.

I've never done Wolf Bounties like that. I've only done them with a Fireteam once, and we just tackled them together.

I found yesterday that Patrol enemies fade out of existence at about 250m, though I don't know if the same is true in Story missions. I blame last-gen :p
