Excellent stream. I like the team chat. Your voice is easy to listen to and your commentary is good. You are not Broman like and that's a good thing.

I'd just make sure to let your team members know they are on a live mic and ask them to be cool. Not that anybody wasn't when I was watching.

To Funkmon:

Twitch is mostly retarded. Its a bunch of people yelling at the games they play, or being too quiet because they can't multitask while playing. For me watching the gameplay is really only useful for something like trials. I can see how teams play and if I'm watching DBOers, I can feel invested. To me, its a nice way to live chat with other forum members and learn a little about our PS4 guys too.

Just don't watch speedruns of Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. (I did, it was boring but cool to see that old game and the memories)

I mean, obviously, I could have jumped right in to Twitch and started watching live streams of junk, clicking buttons.

But, in all honesty, I see ZERO appeal to it over Youtube. I asked to see if there was something I'm missing here, or if there is a shortcut to getting something out of it.

For example, if someone said to me "How do I Reddit?" I'd say to unsubscribe from the default subreddits immediately after you make an account. I'd then suggest Games, Xboxone, destinythegame, asianteenpr0n, RoosterTeeth, etc for subreddits based on my knowledge of their interests.

So what I'm kinda seeing here is there is not a lot to get out of Twitch other than MST style running commentary from a chat on what a guy is doing in the game.

EDIT: I am watching a dude called WishYouLuckk. He is trying to do the Bunglebounty. I'm literally watching a loading screen with a guy who sounds like he smoked a lot of pot about 40 seconds ago with a thousand other people. What has gone wrong with my life?
EDIT 2: And they're needlessly vulgar. Yikes. I'll try another set of dudes.
EDIT 3: Tuned into Professor dudebro. He's playing music and is aggressively pushing his astonishing lack of personality as if it were one by making funny voices.

I think I'll stick with just friends.

I like Twitch as a service/product, but I'll admit that finding quality entertainment in it can be like finding a needle in a haystack.

And the "LIVE" aspect of it is both a blessing and a curse. My highlight of the whole thing was watching three fireteams all tackle Hard-Mode Crota at the same time when it was released. Watching Speed-running with Live commentary/Q&A sessions is pretty good too.

Bottom line: if it clicks, great. Otherwise, you're not missing much.

My favorite streamer at the moment is Triplewreck. There's something cathartic about watching someone go into Crucible and just dominate. He'll probably stream sometime today.

Wishyouluck is legitimately terrible to watch. I have no idea why people like his streams, other than him being good at the game. But there are plenty of people who are good at the game and aren't as unwatchable.

I saw your edits, sounds like youre introduced. Dont get me wrong I dont watch all day. But I know people that do, without purpose. I do it for background noise mostly when I do at home, but I have learned a few tricks here and there. I think some people just enjoy watching others play the game. They must be doing something right if they have 1000 or so viewers.

But yes if you want to watch friends we are always here. And you know what to expect, except on "ramblings of a drunk man"!!!

Fiance works friday, So Ill probably be streaming from ~7 to 10. then from about 10:45 until the beer gets the best of me.

You can just watch without an account (but you can subscibe with one! and type!)

Just watch what you want to. There are some pretty entertaining streamers on destiny, others are rather rudimentary. I try to entertain by talking. There are other games you can watch as well. I usually watch alot of streams on trials weekends to see what the general strategies are. Its completely up to you!

I had alot of fun streaming last night. Thanks to those of you that watched ( Cyber and Red Robber were the ones I saw).

For awhile it was just be talking to myself. I had a few people hop in and out, but overall it was a good time. At one point I had about 5 viewers, 1 of which was Red Robber. I really enjoyed doing it. Henceforth, I will be streaming daily when I am on. I didnt notice any problems with lag or PS4 while streaming so why not. I try to be entertaining. If you do play with me I am also recording voice, if you have opted in of course.

This friday I am thinking of bringing the legendary "Ramblings of a Drunk Man" back. Alot of you got to enjoy the last Iron Banner with me one particular night, which I had a little too much to drink. I still played great, but am told I made alot of people laugh.

What do you guys think?

P.S. I will be editing my twitch page over the next few weeks here and there. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
