Team doubles Grimoire card glitched?

I just played a round of team doubles hoping to unlock the Grimoire card (it's the only playlist card I'm still missing). But the card didn't unlock. Is there a trick to this that I'm missing? Is it perhaps because the doubles playlist currently active is under the "house of wolves" banner?
