True. And it's not great. That said, hidden hand on NON snipers does increase bullet magnetism. It is a top perk for hand cannons.

it's not supposed to have more magnetism. It is supposed to keep your reticule on target a bit longer (a la stickiness).

Im just a collector. I know that these arent that great. I have the fulcrum and the benevolence, but I still want these. If nothing else but for aesthetics.

I really hope they bring new Iron banner weapons into The Taken King

They both have crap aim assist and are only useful for their impact. You can no longer do damage bonuses plus outlaw on Timur's lash, so it sucks for PvE. Litc and final round are useful on a PvP gun, but the fact is, when those proc, they're no better than on a Fulcrum, which has only one more shot and a much better fire rate and aim assist.

TL could have been a PVE beast, but they killed those rolls.

E Spear without final round is worse than a Benevolence for PVP. Low aim assist, fewer rounds in mag, longer time between shots, and extra impact is meaningless.

E Spear IS decent during PVE. Roll for extra ammo perks except mulligan and you're all right. I would still prefer Benevolence, because even though the impact is slightly less, your DPS is higher and it's easier to use.

If you're on the fence and considering running this for the guns, don't.

Hidden hand on sniper rifles has almost no effect in my testing. Zero bullet magnetism, slightly better in stickiness, but not great. I wouldn't bother rerolling.

Looks like a good Spear roll (though I'd prefer Hidden Hand over Clown Cartridge), and a better-than-average Lash roll (Sureshot is a better sight and triple tap seems a waste).

Does anyone know what the default rolls are? I suppose it's too much to hope that the Spear is Shortgaze, Hidden Hand, Injection Mold, and Unflinching? And a Lash with Sureshot, Zen moment or Final Round, Smallbore and Hidden Hand or Luck in the Chamber would be nice...
