I like differentiating the different manufacturers. One of my favorite aspects of Borderlands 2 (Tediore for the win! I love throwing explosive guns at people.).

I was thinking the exact same thing. In fact I've thought of it the entire time and was hoping they would implement it.

And Tediore was the WORST. I can't count how many I killed myself with my own gun. Vladof Sniper rifles ftw!

My Tediore Caustic Plasma Caster and Splatgun put pretty much all other weapons to shame in terms of sheer damage output. Reload stack damage FTW.

Was going to say this. Tediore Plasma Casters absolutely destroyed on quick reloads.

Over and over and over, until you think it's some trick and theee aren't actually any other maps in Rotation.

Until you get Cauldron for the first time, then 4 more times in a row, just to prove RNG is R.

Class specific guns eh? That will be... interesting. Also sounds like manufacturer is going to have a much larger impact, on both how many upgrades and base overall stats.

There will be more choices than ever to arm yourself in the Tower. Factions will have their own guns. Classes will have their own guns. More Quests will lead you directly to specific guns. Even the Gunsmith will have a new way to include you in his enterprise. We’ll inspect all of that as well before you earn the means to equip yourselves to meet a rising threat.

Guns!

Thoughts on some stuff:

-New guns look cool, and remind me that I wish Destiny was set during the Collapse, and not after. Modern Sci-Fi > Post Apocalyptic, IMO.

-Trials will take place on a random map each game this week. Didn't see that one coming.

-Iron Banner Next week. No word on what Saladman is selling.

-1.2.0.5 will drop next month with Husk bug fix and Nepal shader support.

-Beorn added some media embed templates to the "posting" page. Yay!
