Yeah, it was rough there at the end. I felt so bad everyone's efforts were lost. :( With the volatility of internet gameplay I had some hope that the encounter would have been similar to the VoG runs, and you would be able to go to a last 'checkpoint'.

No such luck. :/

Also being on the East Coast, the time for me was... as bit later. Finished up at about 5:15 AM, got up for work just before 8 AM.
(insert 'I'm to old for this shit' quote here) :P Lol.

But it was a fun and challenging time that just did not end on the best of notes. Many thanks for the guys sticking with it all the way til the end.

that sucks. There's definitely a glitch in the party joining feature. I've invited people to my games before, and it has actually pulled me into their game when they accept the invite, and vise versa.

Not sure what triggers it.

Yeah, no Skolas checkpoints are pretty lame when it takes at least as long as a raid to kill that guy.

Blackstar BSP, Lawnmower172, and I did PoE 35, starting at 8:30pm PDT. We got to Skolas late, maybe 11pm. A little after 2am we tried changing the team composition - go from 2 Titans and a Warlock to 3 Warlocks. Blackstar and Lawnmower logged out of their Titans, and into their Warlocks. I ran into the arena to be killed, and they were able to join the fireteam. But instead of all 3 of us spawning in the central room, I went to orbit. (I recorded a clip on my xbox one, I'll link to it when it shows up at xbox.com)

We lost our Skolas checkpoint. (Well, it's not really a checkpoint.)

While I did have fun, the last 2 hours were played to get to the end - so Blackstar and Lawnmower could complete the last circle in their Triumphs, and so we all could get some nice toys.

I've tried PoE 35 three times. We killed Skolas the first time. I was defeated last month when I played with petetheduck. And now I'm kicked on my third try. Maybe I'll just do 32 & 34 for a while.
