Mostly because someone can post the short one in two seconds and people give crap to whoever posts a "duplicate" post.

Yeah, those were fun to make. There are a few reasons why I stopped making them, but it definitely didn't help that they would get tacked onto the "ME FIRST!" posts that gave zero info/input or were filled with crappy opinions. Kind of devalued the effort put into them (especially since I made a point of getting them done in a timely manner).

But whatevs, I'm sure people enjoy just being told what he has, what the engram is, and where he is.. Although it seems even that little info is too difficult for the "first!" Crowd...

I check it in the morning when I get up. I'm gonna go look at his stuff anyway to see if the stats are better than my current stuff, but it's nice to know in advance if he has anything exciting.

Personally I have no need for someone listing the stats, despite me wanting to know them - without also knowing the stats on my current gear that information is completely useless to me. I imagine it's the same to others - if you dont have the item you'll buy it anyway, and if you do you either don't care or you'll go compare his stuff to yours (unless you know your stats off the top of your head. Unlikely)

Besides, Funkmon usually does write a little about what they do and lies about how good/bad the Titan gear is :p

Again, I want to know what he has. The post here with no content was completely fine to me. Very good. Told me what he had.

Now, should I want to buy any of that, and I don't, and haven't for over a month, I would look around or check wherethefuckisxur.

No, I get that. But people ALSO want to know:

1. Where he is
2. What the items he have actually do (not everyone even here knows off the top of their heads)
3. The stats on the items

People usually come to the forum for this information because they can also ask questions and opinions about items.

I guess my major point is: this isn't like when people post about the BWU, which happens at an inconsistent time so the posts at least tell people when it was posted. Xur comes at EXACTLY the same time every week. Opening the DBO forum to check what he has is literally as easy as opening the app, which will alert you with what he has, but that's not why people come and check the forum on Xurday.

And if it's so easy to check a site on where he is, why not open it, see where he is, and post it since it takes "2 seconds." The more information in a post the better in general.
