I heard this thing as well, and while the lord of wolves is a beast and allowed me to shoot out of my own bubble without jailbreak in certain situations stupid fast, it did not stop damage being taken by either me, Blackstar, or Garibaldi.

I did not notice when the buff procced, but by the time I was out, it was on.

The buff only triggered sometimes, not every shot (possibly only on destruction?) and the recovery bonus did nothing of note as you don't recover health while taking damage, and you take constant damage in the shield.

BUT it's worth noting none of us had max Recovery to start with. Maybe if you had maxxed recovery and/or had the Recover Boost in Vex arena it might make a difference?

If anyone in the group is using Lord of Wolves, every salvo that hits a shield counts as a kill, gives the +3 Regen buff to anyone in range, and stops the detain bubble damage/heals you instead. No need to find the Eye goblin anymore.

The decision to make this fight easier was made too soon.
