Good question. Will Cade's book always be in English?

Generally speaking, laws about bilingual packaging in Canada refer to the packaging only. It's up to Bungie's localization team to decide if they're going to print Cade's book in other languages.

The most common thing these days is that games sold in Quebec have a special French version of the box art printed on to a sheet of paper and wrapped around the standard packaging, under the shrink wrap.

(Not really. I have no issues with preordery people, especially ones who do it due to developer trust. Different strokes for different folks. In this case, you get great stuff and no skin off my nose. I could have preordered it but I didn't.)

One thing I really think is swell about hypocrisy is I'll either like what you say or what you do. Always something to like about people!

Fallout 4's pre-order is currently sitting at R$250 on Steam. As a comparison, I paid R$120 for Destiny's pre-order.

If anything, the pound must be the only currency of the western world that is still afloat.
