And sorry if this is retreading old ground.

Are any House of Wolves exotic weapons not attached to exotic bounties? Can any of them drop during Nightfalls/Raids or at the PoE chest?

Mostly likely the Ciphers are the only weapon exotics. Fate of All Fools is MIA, and 347 Vesta Dynasty morphed into the sidearm.
