Assuming you already have some armor that is level 42 (Variks has sold three pieces already), then use it on whatever armor you have that isn't yet level 42.

Seriously, none of you have gotten Etheric Light from Nightfall?

For the past three weeks(which means every single week since House of Wolves came out), that's literally all I've gotten across both characters(my Titan still isn't strong enough).

No weapons, no coins, no armor, no nothing but Light. Yes, it's good to have it, but I don't want it to be my only Nightfall prize for the whole week! Considering it's something I can easily get in the Prison. It's harmful at this point!

It's only available at level 34 - which is very, very hard if you're not already 34. (I can say that after having tried and failed to clear it yesterday, with two other pretty communicative players.)

It's currently my most sought-after material - I'd LOVE it if it were all I got as Nightfall drops for the forseeable future.

(I have more weapons than I know what to do with. Coins will buy me more weapons, or armor that I probably won't be able to use (since I can only wear one Exotic at a time). Light brings EVERYTHING up to top level. EVERYTHING. (Well, except exotics.)

By my count, I got 19.

14 from Trials, 3 from POE first week, 2 from the second week. Come on, guys, I could have gotten 6 each week from POE if I really tried. It's not that hard!

This week I anticipate getting 4 from Iron Banner (glitch ftw), 1 from PoE, and probably 6 from Trials if all goes well. That's 11. It's like nothing!

I have 3 spare etheric light. Advice? (reply)

Yep, boots seem like the way to go.

As it happens, my Hunter is the only character for which the all-strength PoE pieces offered so far have actually made sense. So she's got the gloves and chest piece, plus an ascended exotic helmet. By some extraordinary bit of luck, the one character who has raid boots also happens to be that same hunter. So, if I could get just ONE piece of etheric light, I'd ascend those boots immediately and have a perfect setup at level 34, who I could then use to get more etheric light. Simple in theory, but I need to get one piece first. Argh!!!

Already ascended entire dead orbit armor set for Warlock, Fatebringer, VoC, WoC, 3x E Spear, Corrective measure, Zombie Apocalypse, DO machine gun, Hezen Vengeance, Light/Beware, Found Verdict, Crucible shotgun.

All my dudes are 34. What should I ascend?

I ran all the nightfalls with all three characters. Never once gotten Light.

One nightfall I only got 4 strange coins. FOUR! Only four! Now that's something to complain about.

The only way it could be harmful is if you are getting more light than you have have things to upgrade. So you either are getting way to much light or you have very little things to upgrade my friend.
