if you fill your postmaster then the first item (upper left) gets pushed out when something else goes to the postmaster.

well, don't fill it then :). The amethysts are worth a lot of dough. If you want to hold on to them from one IB to the next, the postmaster is a good way to do that without taking up precious inventory space.

I want ascendant and radiant materials coming out of my ears. I don't intend to ever trade them in.

Didnt realize how expensive things were!! Primarily I just want the weapons. Should I just focus on leveling my Iron banner rep and get glimmer that way? or go farm. If so whats the best way you have found to farm glimmer?

If you held on to those royal amethysts you got from the Queen's bounties, that's 7500 right there (I've got 3 of the big ones, and 2 of the small ones, so I'm sitting on 20k in glimmer with just those). If you haven't done the story stuff yet, it's a fast way to get a lot.

also, if you make sure all your slots are full, the amethysts will go to the messenger. That way you don't have to carry them around on your person or in the vault. It's free storage space. They should stay there indefinitely. I still have shaders at the messenger from March.

Yea thats where I typically go. Havent been to mars since HoW release! I may just stick to grinding Iron Banner and the bounties/nightfalls. Otherwise the glimmer does me no good if I cant get to Rank 5

Yea ever since HOW dropped I have been upgrade crazy with all of my new stuff! and I have already done the story on all 3.

Worst case I can kill grind my way to enough glimmer to Peruns Fire.

I wish there were Items like black wax idols, that worked in the crucible!
