Exotic Bounty that lets you choose one of the three Fallen exotics. I've been able to piece together this much:

* Only been confirmed to drop on level 34 and 35 PoE
* There are reports you can get it even when you've already beat that level of activity
* Confirmed to drop when you beat the boss, not from the chest (though there are rumors it can drop from the chests as well).

Does anyone know if you can get the Elder Cipher Bounty from the level 32 PoE? I can't find any confirmation that anyone has gotten it from 32, but it seems strange that you could get it from 34 and 35, but not 32.
