I would suspect it is Vex, they have some round symbols on the bridge to the Citadel.

In the last story misson in HoW on venus there is a corridor you can jump over to from the lift platform. If you parkour your way upwards there is a symbol on the ground, almost at the very top. Sort of like a coin, but the size of a plate, I guess. Anyone of you know anything about it?
