I've got three blue heavys but the cryptarch does not recognize that they exist. Had a couple others in the same batch that worked fine. So I put them in the vault, visited the cryptarch, retrieved them from the vault and tried again. Same deal, it's as if they aren't there.

I'd link to the clip but it has not yet appeared online. Her's a link to my clips in case it shows up later - there's also one there where I found an invisible soft barrier inside one of the caves in the Citadel area that might be of interest.
