Horde/Firefight modes are one of those things... they don't register on my hype-meter at all, but I know I'll love the crap out of playing them.

I wouldn't consider that nitpicking. 6 players is a full team and makes things fun in my opinion.

I really enjoyed ODST Firefight, but not Reach's very much...

This seems to be the general consensus to be honest. I could never put it into words exactly but I feel like it might be related to the level of customisation they put in. Reach eschewed the well-structured formula of ODST to allow us to do almost whatever we wanted with Reach Firefight.... Except customise a level to be like ODST Firefight.

Reach - not so much?

Obviously, subjective. But I loved the ever-living shit right out of ODST firefight.

ODST's Firefight was a true test of your skill and knowledge of enemy tactics.

Reach's Firefight was an XP farm.
