I think this might be the Sunsinger exotic "The Ram."

The placeholder image for it was just a white version of Obsidian Mind.

Hey! We get something that looks like the Fallen junk throwing flamey shotgun... but what the heck are those big red fiery tubes... especially given that one of the Guardians using them also has a rocket launcher on his back!

I'm willing to bet that it's a "relic" kinda thing - like the swords in The Dark Below.

Weapons and armors are looking pretty freakin' cool. Like, not just Destiny-tier cool. I'm talking fan-art, cosplay, props, etc...

Dat shotgun. Dat Titan Armor.

And the fact that all of it can be "raid-tier", and some can be reforged... Destiny is going to explode with variety...

I bet it's a mission specific thing, or a new PvP game type.

Yup, my guess is that it's a 'special' weapon you wield, like the sword or the aegis.
