The question then is, why was it on the disk? I don't know why they put stuff on the disk they knew they were going to change and require us to download even if we don't get access to it. I wish they'd used that space for something useful.

Interestingly, that area was shown in one of the pre release videos.

Heh, I prefer the old design, although this area seems to be more at the top of the Citadel and the old footage was from within. Maybe the old area still exists..
