Its Exotic perk is frankly ridiculous if you know how to use it.

Armor: Glass House, No Backup Plans, Armamentarium.
Weapons: Hawkmoon (maybe Thorn or the Mythoclast), Truth.

Is Invective any good? I got it recently, but haven't played with it.

With teammates I like Glass House. On your own I'd take HoS14. Otherwise I reaaaally like this build.

Invective is the Mauler from Halo 3 if it hit like the Shotgun from Halo CE. No Backup Plans stacks well because Invective reloads really slowly.

The boost to reload speed helped quite a bit. And yeah, works real well with No Backups or Ruin Wings.

It's a fun gun. Ammo regen. Great sound. Excellent feel with Perfect Balance. Can't go wrong.

Weapons would go Juju, Pocket Infinity, Truth. Trade in Thorn for Juju on sniper friendly maps.

Turn on annihilate, soul rip and embrace the void. Throw a lot of nova bombs.

Skullfort, Crest of Alpha, Ruin Wings, those boots whatever they are called, Hard light, Invective, Truth.

Rate of fire (too fast actually), horrible recoil (stare at the ceiling bad), and low clip size make it tougher to handle than Found Verdict which also fires in auto (not that I ever use it that way). I don't know how many times I've accidentally fired two shots with Invective to then die because now I'm looking straight up in the air and am SOL.

I'm partly with you on this, I just know there are some invective lovers around here who feel a bit differently about it. I could never really get behind Found Verdict, something about the auto fire. Maybe just not fast enough? I have a really wicked legendary shotty with full auto and shot package that probably colors my opinion of FV a little.

While nico (who thought he was gonna get nothing because he was dead for the last 10 minutes of the run, and was un-revivable after it ended) picked up a Gjallarhorn. :)
