FWIW, I thought it was fun. The nice thing about multi-burn is you can just equip whatever weapons would normally be best anyway.

Also, I just wanted to post somewhere what happened with Hunger of Crota (not maxed, still one tier away). I fired one rocket at a fully-shielded Hallowed Wizard, expecting to do quite a bit of damage, but still finish it off. It died, outright. O_o I know solar burn was on, but still... damn. That made me laugh.

I would've been happy with literally an Axiom Coven or even a Marshall-A, and I wouldn't have cared, but for my reward I got a Light Beyond Nemesis. Sounds good, and the perks are sexy.

Can't wait to try it out!

That's an excellent item for running with a squad. It's essentially the Warlock version of the Crest of Alpha Lupi chest piece. A Sunsinger using that can REALLY chuck out orbs.

Also, just noticed that I had blessing of light on as opposed to weapons of light when we ran the regular weekly. That may have played a part in us not getting killed by all the ads so quickly in the nightfall.

I managed to take her out with Ghallahorn (and a friend with Hunger of Crota) when you first come across her. It instantly spawned all the waves she would have summoned, and was very, very satisfying. Too bad she respawned and we had to kill her again.. not much of a problem with ole Ghally, aka the last rocket launcher I will ever use.

I've never been so happy.

I'll admit, the boss section was a little trying--she managed to perfectly synchronize the Cursed Thrall spawning and the Boomer Knights spawning so that she was never understaffed.

But we did get her health down to a quarter in that hallway... ;-)

If you're careful, and it wouldn't hurt to have at least one Sunsinger, Nightfall can be damn fun and as Claude said, much easier than the Weekly Heroic. When used carefully, burns are absolutely incredible. Hell, I made this last week! And THREE burns on there?!? Meaning I don't even have to friggin' switch weapons?!?

I'm giggling, I'm crying, I'm hard, I'm wet--I'm like EVERYTHING right now. I am SUPER excited for this! I'd been aching for it all day at work. The only thing that would make it better is if I actually had Fatebringer. That would be the ONE THING. Arc Primary, Void Secondary, Solar Super Good Advice. AWESOME!!
