Gotcha! Yeah, I was doing Roc strikes near constantly this week since I just got the Bad Juju bounty, and I still am hoping to stumble across rare Fusion Rifles to disassemble for the Pocket Infinity bounty (it has been too much to hope that I'm around when they're being sold, consarn it all). I'll run strikes with whomever wants to here soon!

I'd say the fastest way to get coins is to do Roc Strikes and at least 1 public event per character.

You might get Coins in the post as a Public Event award, and all those blue engrams from the Roc Strikes have a chance of turning into couns.

This is how I felt 40 minutes ago. Stuff in Destiny seems to drop when I least expect it.

I sincerely hope that all exotics going forward will have exotic bounties as a method of attainment.

Same. I'd be ok with them being really really tough (not grindy, I mean legitimately difficult). It would be a nice way to get back to what Bungie was pitching to us before the game shipped; the idea that someone would see the sweet gun I'm using and say "where did you get that?" and I'd be able to tell or show them where to go and what to do.

WELL. That was a crazy Nightfall. My first one, in fact, and we did it with two people. TWO. CyberKN, thanks for putting up with my lack of a leveled exotic weapon, and also doing practically all the heavy lifting. No Strange Coins to be found here, but you got a Hawkmoon and I got mats! It works out. Hopefully I'm some kind of Hawkmoon good luck charm.

I haven't done it yet this week. I could do it really late tonight or probably early in the morning sometime. Unclear if I'll be around saturday evening or sunday, monday evening is probably an option as well. Anytime after 7 PST or so in the evenings.

Or, "What Is The Fastest Way To Get 6 Strange Coins If You Have Done The Weekly Heroic For 9 Of Them Already?", by a loser who really wants to get the Last Word for real this time. I had for some reason thought 17 was enough, but since it's 23, I think I might just die.
