There's a bug that has been acknowledged by Bungie that somehow re-downloads prior updates. They have been working on the issue, but not entirely resolved yet.

Is there a channel I'm not observing by which Bungie has communicated what I downloaded last night? It was 80 some megabytes on the XB1.
