Over-penetration without unlocking the perk. I don't know if it's applying the poison-damage or not, but I've definitely seen rounds go through my target and hit a second.

With only the first upgrade unlocked (Final Round) I seem to be getting over penetration! I think I might have been getting it with the base, unupgraded gun. It's a bit tough to test but I'm now fairly confident that my exotic hand cannon weapon is working too well! :p

Can anyone confirm this?
