What he's saying is that it's normally shown there. But maybe the app is borked for the DLC content. I see the Heroic Strike and Nightfall correctly show Omnigul strike, but maybe they missed something for the Daily Chapter item.

In the Advisor section, under Daily Chapter. It's blank today, likely for the reason noted below.

It's the Rasputin one (Siege of the Warmind) from The Dark Below. Possibly that's why it's messing with the app?

It was on the app as of yesterday, and has been every day I've checked before. So it's a new issue.

And how come I can't find that info anywhere outside the game? The Destiny companion app implies that it gives you that info under the advisors section, but it doesn't. I think it used to.
