hmm, i've never gotten a telemetry from a breakdown before. I ended up buying telemetries from Xur a few weeks ago.

I think it requires the legendary have been upgraded to some extent.

I suppose it's possible that I just never noticed. Come to think of it, I haven't actually broken down many legendaries. I generally keep them unless they're duplicates.

That's interesting. I'm surprised they didn't announce that along with the other recent info. Would have softened the blow a bit. Unless this is an even more recent change?

I started breaking down some of the random legendaries that i was holding on to, but never really used, and about 1/2-2/3rds of them gave me telemetries and energy when i broke them down.

Looks like Bungie is trying to ease the pain of releveling.
