My advice is to always set it to hardest level you can handle or drag overleveled friends and always pick lvl28.

How in the hell do I get more coins? I'm pretty much limited to like, 2 a week!

1. Sometimes you get them from nightfall.
2. You get 3 or 6 or 9 guaranteed from the weekly heroic strike
3. Engrams occasionally decode into them
4. Packages from public events and factions occasionally contain them.

Telemetries - Pulse Rifle, Fusion Rifle, and Rocket Launcher.

Vehicle Upgrades - Plasma Drive and Emerald Coil.

Everything for the normal prices.

Overall, pretty disappointing. Might pick up some Rocket Launcher telemetries, but other than that, not much to get excited about.
