Mine is a tie between Ryan Reynolds in Ted and Channing Tatum in This Is The End. Both had me bawling in laughter.

Bill Murray in Zombieland is my all time favorite. But Loki's impression of Steve Rogers in Thor: The Dark World made me laugh for a long, long time.

Tom Cruise - "Tropic Thunder" (not a true cameo, since he didn't play himself, but a great surprise)

Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder is one of the all-time great film performances. I really mean that.

Actually, Tropic Thunder as a whole is a much better film than it should have been.
