Just out of curiosity: is PaT more useful in PvE than icebreaker, or is it primarily a PvP weapon? Not sure if active camo beats unlimited ammo, have an opinion?

Patience and Time's signature ability is not as good as it seems.

1. It takes about a second and a half after scoping for the camo to become active.
2. It only lasts for so long, so it will wear off. You can't stay scoped for a long time and be invisible too.
3. Your red light is still visible.

I find the ability borderline useless in crucible, but the sniper itself is pretty good. In PvE it is nice, but icebreaker is generally more useful. A better sniper for crucible is Praedyth's Revenge. I thought it was bad at first because of the low impact, but any sniper will one shot kill via headshot, and 2 shot body kill in crucible. Because it's so fast firing and stable, bad shooters like me can tear it up.
