Someone said on twitter that when you reach rank 3, the weapons start appearing as random drops when you finish a match. Not sure if that also applies to armor

Does Saladin start carrying more items when you rank up or...?

As far as weapons and armor go, I only see a machine gun and gloves, and none of this stuff.
