My son first started using the term, so I cautiously asked what he meant, expecting the worst. He referred me to the Newsweek special where Engineering Lead Chris Gossett, when referring to his preferred prey, is quoted as saying "Aim for the juice box."

clarification: what juice box?

The "juice box" is the glowing white belly portion of the vex. I'm pretty sure the first time I heard the phrase was from a Bungie employee when talking about their favorite enemy to fight. (In case you don't already know) you don't want headshots on the vex, you want to hit them in the juice box.
