Very yes, it's great for PvP. If you play Salvage and Skirmish that is. I use a Warlock helmet that has the same ability. The extra speedy revival means I can get up teammate mid-firefight and often turn battles in our favour.

Then of course, as mentioned, it's great for Strikes and the Raid.

I would imagine Keeper of the Pack would be best in Raid. From what I've heard of it, even being able to respond one second faster would be a big benefit.

That's what I'm going for. Plus it looks so cool. I wish there was something similar with a snake head instead of a wolf.

Pros
- The unique upgrade is good in both PvE & PvP.

Cons
- I prefer the look of my current helmet.
- I’m not that interested in the first two upgrades.
- Would I stand out more with that hologram on my face in PvP?

Pros
- I like the normal ammo upgrades much better.
- Exotic chest gives you a bit more incremental defense than an Exotic helmet.
