Pretty much, though.

Initially, I planned on restricting myself to Kar15 Korner (TM), but that thread is so massive and unwieldy that I thought it would be better to simply continue posting as normal but to avoid any arguments along the way.

Level 27 hunter, and just hit level 20 titan. The build up doesn't bother me because it appeals to my enjoyment of creating plans and executing them. I guess that's why the loot cave doesn't appeal to me. I shopped around the tower, decided what I wanted, and layed out my plan to get it. For me, it's more about the journey to get where I want than it is to get there.

Plus, I'm loving experimenting with the abilities I've unlocked. And I like the nice mix of easy and hard enemies I get as I pass through public and private areas in the strikes. Post level 20 has been more fun for me than levels 1-20.

I've really really enjoyed playing Destiny.

I was stuck at level 20 for what seemed like ages while my friends advanced up through 24 & beyond to 26. That was VERY frustrating. Things have seemed to pick up for me once I hit 22 & 23 (almost 24) the last couple nights.

I don't think the game is perfect, indeed there are many flaws, some of which surprise me given Bungie's track record.

Nevertheless I do play it like it's a second career, so I don't grumble much. :)
