Someone will do it eventually. Maybe after your entire team is level 30. It's sure to be a rare person who hits that achievement though.

A rare collection of people. At some point they'll probably have a weekend where some variable is changed that makes it possible. Otherwise, I'm with Cody.

EDIT: I say this in part because from the footage I've seen, reviving, and luring enemies away from teammates so you can revive them, seems an integral part of the game design.
