Well, he is a New Zealander and yeah, he's all good. I mean, the guy kind of thrust our wee island nation into the Limelight with LoTR etc. The Weta SFX studio where they did all that is about 10 mins from my house. They also built this for Bungie:

Seeing as the downside is absurdly large spiders and other venomous beasts, I think this is a fair trade.

I'm afraid you have NZ confused for Australia. I believe we have only one or two small venomous spiders...and that's it. The rest is all weird, harmless birdlife; like this

It has just gone 12 noon, 8 September here in NZ; we are now less than 12 hours from launch. I will soon be lining up at my local EB Games (Read: GameStop) to pick up the LE.

I will avoid dumping any game-specific info on here between now and US release; 1 - because I don't want to spoil anything for you, and 2 - because I will be too busy, absorbed in the game itself :).
