There's been lots of speculation about this, and I've strongly suspected it was the case for a while. The recent absence of Destiny on images for Microsoft's bundle deals made it pretty much obvious what's happening.

...It's hilarious that Microsoft is complaining, though, considering that they cut these types of deals as well. Though it probably burns when Destiny is a huge new IP that consumers might wind up perceiving as exclusive.
