Bungie, as far as I understand, is employee owned at this point. Everyone owns some share of the company. They can fire him from his job but can't take away his shares.

"High Spirits" was probably just wishful thinking, what i meant to ask was something more like "was he in good spirits?" - i apologize if it came across ignorant or insensitive. Hopefully the details of the situation will surface soon enough to hopefully give closure to the situation, but i won't hold my breath.

In any case, thanks again for being a vessel for his communicating to the fans, it's cool to see that he's handling the proverbial crapstorm like a true gentleman.
